Building connections, strengthening support, and empowering individuals.
The Synergy Support System focuses on bringing individuals, families, caregivers, professionals, and community partners together to create a strong network of understanding and support.
We recognize that navigating a predominantly neurotypical society can present unique challenges for neurodivergent individuals and their families. Our approach encourages collaboration, shared learning, mutual understanding, and access to appropriate resources.

2. Neurodiversity Inclusion Initiative (NII)
Promoting acceptance, accessibility, equity, and meaningful participation.
The Neurodiversity Inclusion Initiative (NII) champions the recognition and inclusion of neurodivergent individuals in schools, workplaces, community organizations, and public spaces.
We believe that differences in how people think, learn, communicate, and experience the world should be understood and respected. NII aims to help communities identify and address barriers that prevent neurodivergent individuals from participating fully in everyday life.
Key areas of focus:
Inclusive Education: Encouraging learning environments that recognize different learning styles, communication needs, and abilities.
